Shiatsu
Shiatsu is a holistic body therapy that was developed in Japan and has its roots in traditional Chinese medicine. Through pressure and sinking with the thumbs and heels of the hands, sometimes also with the knees and elbows, energy blockages are specifically released. Shiatsu can be used for physical and mental complaints, but also simply for deep relaxation. Shiatsu causes the energy to flow freely again and to be gently balanced. You will lie in comfortable clothes on the soft futon and I will treat you professionally and individually according to your needs.
